BTT is completely developed using Java/J2EE technologies. It is completely database and platform independent. It can be deployed on any application server. Also it supports web services. So that anybody can develop their own User Interface if they wish to. This can be deployed in about 10 mins on any platform.

It has the following as its major modules,- Admin Suite - This suite provides UI to define Users, Roles, Products, Versions, Sub-Products, Bug Reporting Templates , Bug Statuses, Severities etc ...
- Customer Suite - A customer can report bugs on the Product Versions those are released and supported.
- Developer Suite - Developer can provide solution to a bug. A developer can report bugs on the Product Versions those are not yet released.
- Manager Suite - Manager has the flexibility to define and generate new reports using a web based UI. Which enables his to effectively monitor bugs and take corrective actions if any.
